Celebrating Apprentices Across TAL Group: National Apprenticeship Week 2026

As part of National Apprenticeship Week 2026, TAL Group is proud to shine a spotlight on the apprentices working across our businesses, highlighting the wide range of pathways available — from engineering to marketing and beyond. Apprenticeships play a vital role in developing future skills, and we are committed to supporting individuals at the start of their careers as they gain practical experience, qualifications and opportunities to grow within UK manufacturing.

This year, we are proud to recognise apprentices from across the Group who contribute to our success every day: Eve Loughman, Apprentice Marketer at TAL Group; Arwin Sekander, Apprentice Engineering Technician at Oxton Engineering; Callum Gibson, Apprentice Engineering Machinist at Oxton Engineering; Thomas Crowdon, Apprentice Engineering Technician at Oxton Engineering; Lauren Burgess, Apprentice Engineering Technician at Oxton Engineering; Matt Doogan, Apprentice Engineering Technician at Oxton Engineering; Adil Malek, Apprentice Machinist at Alan Gordon; and Leon Campbell, Apprentice Engineering Operative at Hallmark.

Their roles demonstrate the breadth of opportunity available through apprenticeships and the value they bring to our organisation. By investing in emerging talent and providing real-world learning environments, TAL Group continues to strengthen the future of UK manufacturing. We congratulate all our apprentices on their dedication and achievements and look forward to seeing their continued development.
